Free delivery for orders over £100

At kubra.co.uk, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Shipping Services

We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services:

Tracked 24: Aims to deliver the next working day
Tracked 48: Aims to deliver within 2 working days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and not guaranteed.

2. Order Processing

Orders placed before 3:30 PM (UK time) on a business day are usually processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 3:30 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Notifications

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

4. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to Royal Mail network issues, peak periods, or customs (for international orders). We are not liable for delays outside our control.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

6. Missed Deliveries & Collection

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Royal Mail will usually leave a calling card with collection or redelivery instructions.
Unclaimed parcels may be returned to us — see our Return Policy for how this is handled.

7. Reserve & Collect

We offer a Reserve and Collect service for local customers.
You may reserve an item online and pay in person upon collection at our premises.

Reserved items will be held for up to 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed
Payment must be made in full at the time of collection
Once paid, your order is considered final and is not eligible for return under distance selling rules
Inspection and hygiene conditions still apply at the time of collection
Reserve and collect may be subject to a deposit paid via a payment link
